Traditional Vat Dyeing methods and modern Cabinet dyeing processes are followed based on colours,fastness standards and other customer requirements.Eco friendly dyeing processes are incorporated to ensure total safety for the environment, the dye house is supported by various pollution control measures and treatment plants .

Winding, Warping and Weaving

Dyed yarn is passed on for Pirn Winding, followed by Warping and Weaving. Separate methods of Winding and Warping are followed for Handloom and Powerloom fabric.

Calendering, Sanforising, Washing, Drying

Woven Fabric is further processed via Calendeing, Sanforising, Washing and Drying according to customer requirements and standards. Finished fabric is shipped as Fabrics or converted into Home Furnishing made up goods and garments.

Sewing, Inspection and Packing

Finished / Processed fabric is transferred to the sewing and finishing factory for conversion, further quality checks and packing.
